The Unity of Truth
On our book site we have a page dedicated to the Unity of Truth. It is our belief that if there is any truth there must be All Truth, however inaccessible or obfuscated it appears to man. And it became the object of the main character, Daniel Hightower, in the book, The Cosmic Fly Swatter, to postulate that what is reflected in the physical Universe must have corollaries in Spiritual reality. This is hardly something that can be proved in any way except perhaps in the evidences of logical thinking and any constructs that such thinking might derive. And it is no matter how hypothetical or mythological the fruits of this thinking may appear. After all, what is life but PERCEPTION ITSELF?
Both the physical sciences and the higher science (higher by the nature of its subject matter) of theology are looking at the same universe. Theology additionally attempts to understand the “Unseen” things spoken of by prophets and the original Greek philosophers. It is my belief that a tutored and ordered mind that excludes the validity of neither the realm of the physical, nor the spiritual will have more profound things to say about either dimension.
