Media Peacock

I have to give credit where it is due. As much as I make fun of O’Reilly for his narcissistic fence-sitting demeanor as the “god of fair and balanced,” I have to give him credit for taking on that beldam from salon.com, Joan Walsh.

Walsh to her credit came on the Factor to defend her attacks on O’Reilly as contributorily responsible for Tiller the Baby Killer”s murder. Wow! What a circus.

My only regret is that O’Reilly didn’t address, forcefully enough for my taste, her contention that Tiller’s despicable business was legal in Kansas.

So was Jew-killing in Auschwitz.

So I flipped channels and heard Anderson Cooper practicing his equivalency techniques by linking acts of Moslem and “Christian ” terrorism. He was comparing the killing of a US Soldier by a black Moslem to the the shooting of a guard at the holocaust museum. He left out that the racist old man who did the killing there is also a Christian hater, and an atheist and a Darwinist. It was more convenient to link the old nut case with Christianity by omission so he could in effect lie to his audience.

This was unbecoming. Lies by omission, in my opinion,  are most unsavory.  It would be like showing a picture of someone on the cover of a magazine that implies a certain sexual orientation, and saying nothing more about the context. Such lying by omission is… let’s see what’s the word I’m looking for… oh, I know! UN-MASCULINE? Maybe serpentine is better.

I changed the channel before I could pollute myself with any more of his tripe.
